  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective)

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days with photos or video evidence.

We will offer:

  • A full refund

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items only.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
