  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times depend on your location. Estimated delivery:

  • Nairobi: 1–2 business days
  • Upcountry: 2–4 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs delays, local carriers, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update depending on the carrier.

5. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages due to wrong customer-entered address

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional fee may apply).

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply in their country.

KINNONVA LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or shows no tracking updates for 15+ days, please contact us and we will investigate.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

9. Separate Shipments

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages.

This does not affect your total shipping cost.
